To finish first you must first finish.

Wednesday Oct. 13,2010. W1D2

Well my plan has been to run in early after noon.  That did not work today.  Did not go out until 6:30 or 7pm.  It was getting dark out.  By the time I finished it was like fully dark.  I found my brisk walk was not that brisk.  How ever my running/ jogging was better.  Was using my whole foot not the ball of my foot.  I had to stop during a few runs due to cars.  I still completed a mile in the time.  I know I am working up to 3.1miles and to run the entire time.  This is why I love the saying slow and steady wins the race.  I pushed my last run to make up for when I had to stop.  I know I could have done better but I also know it could have been worse.  I am pleased that I went even tho I was not feeling the best and it was later than I ever wanted to go out.  Hope you enjoy your day.

Still here.

Wow it has been forever since my last post. I am sorry I keep putting it off. Well I was able to go to 2 sled hockey games at The Sports Center at MCC. The games were amazing. They had not picked the team for Vancouver yet so it was special. The games were amazing I took pics and videos of them. I am very pleased to say that the USA came home with the Olympic Gold. Our goalie did an amazing job and never let a single shot passed him. Japan came in second and I forget who got 3rd. I can tell you one thing Canada has learned as they were beaten by the 3rd place team and did not medal. It was very shocking for them being they were in their home country and not getting a podium. I went to take my GED test and missed it by 60 points. I am working hard so when I go to take what I missed I will then pass. It is very late so I am heading to bed. Amazing things are happening. Night to all.
